“裊裊暮秋,寒衣既成,眾師薈萃于秋日杏壇,側(cè)耳傾聽來自徐慧琳老師的妙語珠璣,或欣然忘言,或醍醐灌頂,或心有戚戚焉”。這便是11月29日在清華附中國際部上演的教學(xué)探討的一幕。
國際部作為清華附中的一部分,在語文教學(xué)上,得到了清華附中語文教研組的大力支持。國際部的中文老師們時刻保持虛心求教的態(tài)度,與清華附中的語文老師保持密切的聯(lián)系,積極觀摩附中語文老師的公開課和示范課,并進(jìn)行深入的語文教學(xué)研討。
正因我校一貫重視中文的教學(xué),11月29日,國際部李文平副校長專門邀請了曾任清華附中語文組組長、現(xiàn)任文昌學(xué)校校長的徐慧琳老師來到清華附中國際部,組織全體中文老師,進(jìn)行了聽課、評課活動。在此過程中,徐老師聽了7年級安祖昕老師所講的《秋天的懷念》,10年級錢超老師、張永寬老師,以及王茜老師的《琵琶行》,并在聽課結(jié)束后與所有老師進(jìn)行了評課與交流。
“不憤不啟,不悱不發(fā)”,徐老師向在座的中文老師們拋出的第一個提問是:語文教學(xué)最根本的是教什么?這個問題使在座的老師們陷入沉思而后進(jìn)行了熱烈的討論。徐老師循著老師的回答,點(diǎn)出了文學(xué)作品都具有“物質(zhì)外殼”和“精神內(nèi)核”的屬性,而作為老師,需要幫學(xué)生讀懂語言,讀懂“物質(zhì)外殼”。
徐慧琳老師也由此引出語文教學(xué)的“道”與“術(shù)”,藉由陶淵明《飲酒》,徐老師提出“菊”作為“象”都具有特定的內(nèi)涵,而“此中有真意,欲辨已忘言”則是“得魚而忘荃,得意而忘言”,由“言”——“象”——“意”逐層遞進(jìn)。關(guān)于語文教學(xué)的“術(shù)”,對于國際部學(xué)生而言,則是可以借鑒西方的“術(shù)”,讓學(xué)生多說,突出學(xué)生的主體地位,比如用核心問題的方式,驅(qū)動學(xué)生成為主動思考的人,課堂活動設(shè)計(jì)也要有層次,呈螺旋上升的形式。
徐慧琳老師的精彩發(fā)言贏得了在座老師們陣陣熱烈的掌聲,而關(guān)于語文教學(xué)的“道”與“術(shù)”也給老師們留下了深刻的印象,在向徐老師提問的環(huán)節(jié)中,老師們暢所欲言,而徐老師的回答時而幽默風(fēng)趣,時而深刻智慧,整個交流過程輕松而收獲滿滿,在愉快的氛圍中結(jié)束了教學(xué)交流與探討。
