小楓心語丨新年大集·新年大吉

辭舊迎新之際，學(xué)校舉辦了新年大集活動，這項活動我們?nèi)珕T都要參與，并且需要創(chuàng)建本班商鋪，自主策劃商鋪的營銷方案，為我們提供了一個發(fā)掘自己經(jīng)商頭腦和鍛煉自己商場實戰(zhàn)的機會。

剛接到活動的通知，我們很快就明確了責(zé)任分工，我和小白為一組為采購部，我們采購部雖然籌劃要買的商品的速度很快，但總是意見不統(tǒng)一，導(dǎo)致時間拖得很久。班長一直催促我們確定夠買的商品，因為我們進貨慢，其它項目都無法進行。我和小白也深感時間緊任務(wù)重，在一次次商討過后，最終確定了所要夠買的商品名單。在一次次因意見不統(tǒng)一的爭辯過后，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)彼此都只關(guān)注自己的想法，而不去考慮對方觀點。漸漸的，我們學(xué)會了互相傾聽對方的意見，互相理解，我想工作效率的提高也正因為我們學(xué)會了互相理解、包容。

與此同時，店名也在反復(fù)糾結(jié)中確定不下來。我們的店名該叫什么呢？全班同學(xué)都想起一個好聽又洋氣的店名。小白提出了一個意見，說:“不如叫666的三班小鋪吧！” 而小唐好似不太同意，說:“這個名字有些顯得老氣，毫無活潑的氣息，我們換一個吧，就叫三班小鋪！”我們班的人一半贊同小唐這個意見，一半贊成小白這個意見。大家都在發(fā)愁這可怎么辦才好呢，在這緊迫的氣氛下，不知哪位同學(xué)說:“何不統(tǒng)一意見，就叫603小鋪呢？”聽他那么一說，同學(xué)們恍然大悟，最終確定了店名"603小鋪"。又是一次集思廣益的頭腦風(fēng)暴，不禁讓我感嘆:集體的智慧是無窮的。

籌劃一個商鋪的任務(wù)特別繁瑣，半成商品的制作、成品的定價、店鋪的宣傳……一切的困難我們都一起走過，真是團結(jié)就是力量！經(jīng)過精心的籌備，最終我們"603小鋪"迎來了新年大集的開業(yè)大吉！

我們才剛“開業(yè)”，生意就來了。有一個學(xué)長說我要一個暖手寶夜燈和牛軋?zhí)牵墒俏覀冞€沒有開始賣啊，只能想讓他預(yù)定，結(jié)果他忘記來結(jié)賬了，唉，這個單子沒有談成啊。不過好在是我們的單子越來越多，我們都有些應(yīng)接不暇了呢！我作為一個收銀員，不僅要幫忙介紹還要收銀，很累，不過這也是體驗生活的一種方式，鍛煉了我的表達能力和計算能力。不久，我們第一杯奶茶出來了，熱氣騰騰，人馬上就圍上來了，你爭我搶，不過也是冬天買一杯奶茶暖暖手，何嘗不是一種愜意的享受呢！我們要拿出鎮(zhèn)店之寶了，果汁片，放在水里會變成果汁，這個果汁片非常新穎，估計全場只有我們一家賣，原本已經(jīng)消散的人群，又重新聚了過來，“給我來一份！”“也給我我來一份！”大家紛紛說到。不一會兒，我們就賺了一千多元，真好啊，大家都露出開心的笑容！

其實，新年大集當(dāng)天驟然降溫，盡管后來出太陽了，但凜冽的寒風(fēng)依然吹得我們瑟瑟發(fā)抖，但是班級的同學(xué)沒有一個人偷懶，大家共同奮戰(zhàn)在商品交易的一線，各個凍得不知所措，但又樂此不疲。歡樂的美好時光總是短暫的，新年大集會轉(zhuǎn)眼已成回憶，從活動籌劃到完美的收官。離不開我們?nèi)嗤瑢W(xué)的互相理解和互相包容；離不開我們的全員參與和集思廣益；更離不開我們的堅持不懈和共同努力！

New Year Market·Happy New Year

On the occasion of out with the old and in with the new, our school held a New Year's market. All of us had participated in this event, created our own class booth, and independently designed the marketing plan of the booth, which provided us with an opportunity to explore our business minds and exercise our own market actual combat.

Receiving the notification of the activity, we soon made clear the division of responsibilities. Xiaobai and I were a group of purchasing department. Although our purchasing department planned to buy goods quickly, it always had different opinions, which led to a long time delay. The monitor had been urging us to make sure we have enough goods to buy, because we are slow to purchase, and other progresses can not be moved on. Xiao Bai and I were also deeply aware of the time constraints and heavy tasks. After a series of discussions, we finally decided on the list of goods we wanted to buy. After a debate over the disagreement of Class 603 opinions, we found that we just cared about our own ideas, not the others’views. Gradually, we learned to listen to each others’opinions and understand each other. I think the improvement of work efficiency is also because we learned to understand and tolerate each other.

At the same time, the name of the booth can not be determined in repeated entanglement. What's the name of our booth? The whole class provided lots of nice and foreign names. Xiao Bai put forward an opinion and said, "It's better to call it 666 of Class 3!" Xiao Tang seemed to disagree, saying, "This name is a bit old-fashioned and has no lively atmosphere. Let's change it. It's called Class Three Shop!" Half of the students in our class agree with Xiao Tang's opinion and half agree with Xiao Bai's opinion. Everyone is worried about how to do this. In this pressing atmosphere, I do not know which student said: "How about the name of 603 shop?" Listening to his words, the students suddenly realized that the name of the shop was "603 Shop". Another brainstorming made me can not help but sighing the strength of team-work.

The task of delimiting a shop is particularly cumbersome, such as the production of half of the goods, the pricing of finished products, and the promotion of the shop. All difficulties we have gone through together, which indicated really showed that unity is strength! After careful preparation, finally we "603 shop" ushered in the opening of the New Year's fair!

As a result, he forgot to come and settle the bill. Ah, this list has not been negotiated. Fortunately, there are more and more lists for us, and we can't cope with them any more!

As a cashier, I am tired of not only introducing but also checking out. But it is also a way to experience life. It has trained my expressive and calculating ability. Soon, our first cup of milk tea came out, steaming hot, people immediately surrounded, eager to purchase one cup of milk tea ,Indeed, it also pleasant enjoyment in winter ,but it is also to buy a cup of milk tea warm hands in winter, how can it not be a pleasant enjoyment? We are going to take out the treasure of the town store. Juice slices will turn into juice when they are put in the water. This juice slice is very special. It is estimated that only one of us were selling it. The crowd that has disappeared has gathered again, "Give me one!" "Give me one too!" Everyone asked for it one after another. In a short time, we earned more than 1,000 yuan. That's great. Everyone smiled happily.

In fact, the New year's market day suddenly cooled down, although the sun later, but the cold wind still blew us shivering, but no one in the class lazy, everyone fighting together in the line of commodity trading, I was overwhelmed by the cold, but never tired of it. Happy times are always short, New year's market are remembered, from event planning to perfect closure. The success of the activitycan not do without our class mutual understanding and tolerance; can not do without our full participation and brainstorming; and also can not inseparable from our perseverance and joint efforts!
