成長是一條艱難而快樂的人生必由之路。從天真的孩童成長為可以肩負責任與使命的成人,從幼小的身軀到健壯的體格等等,這都是成長的美麗。在漫長的成長道路上,經歷了挫折體驗了快樂,才能讓我展翅高飛,這都是成長的意義。
我五年級是在平湖楓葉國際學校度過的。因為了解楓葉國際學校的管理和教學特色,又由于上海楓葉國際學校離家近,所以在六年級的時候我來到了上海楓葉國際學校就讀。
開學的第一天,我們寢室的人都表示不適應,只有我一點也不害怕和緊張,因為平湖學校也是住宿的,所以我認為這是家常便飯,沒什么不適應的。記得軍訓第二天,教官教我們一些生活技能,我以為自己都輕車熟路了,就沒有認真聽,結果幾天以后,我竟然忘了怎么疊被子,好在寢友又教了我一遍,這讓我學會了“溫故而知新”的道理。
在平湖,我們上課時都一人一座,就像獨行俠一樣,沒有與同學的交流與互動,而在這里,我們的班主任史老師倡導我們要小組活動,無論在課上討論問題還是在課下參與活動,都要團隊協作,這樣才能互相幫助,共同成長。漸漸的,我學會了溝通。在課上,老師會經常布置小組交流任務,我們常常四人一組,激烈地討論著。在課下,我們有難點會去問老師,如果有想了但還是想不出的難題,我們會去問同學。上海楓葉初中語文課最大的特色是課前演講,我很享受準備演講稿的過程,既培養我們積累知識,又鍛煉了我們的膽量。
楓葉國際學校里的大部分學生都會出國深造,英語也是楓葉學校最有教學特色的學科。楓葉學校依據每位同學們英語水平的不同,分為三到六級,真正做到了“因材施教”。英語課程內容都是i+1模式。意思是學習英語課程要比現在的英語等級高一級,因為這樣才能有進步空間。在以前的英語課上,我都是死讀書,課上只會記筆記,下課也不復習。在這里,老師提供了豐富的課堂教學方法,會帶我們做游戲,聽歌詞等多樣有趣的方式幫助我們學習枯燥又讓人頭疼的英語。增加了我們英語教學的興趣,我們養成了課上聽重點,課下多練習,不會多提問的好習慣。我的英語成績也魔力般的提升,英語分級考試后,我成功地升入六級班。這多虧了老師們的悉心教導。

Growth is the only way to life, accompanied by difficulties and happiness. From naive children to adults with responsibility and mission, from young bodies to strong physiques and so on, these are the beauty of growth. In the long road of growth, experienced setbacks experience happiness, can let me fly, this is the significance of growth.
I studied in the fifth Grade of primary school at Pinghu Maple Leaf International School. Because I know the management and teaching characteristics of Maple Leaf International School, and because Shanghai Maple Leaf International School is close to home, I came to Shanghai Maple Leaf International School in sixth grade.
On the first day of school, the people in our dorm room all expressed unfit, only I was not afraid and nervous, because Pinghu school is also accommodation, so I think this is routine, nothing unaccustomed. I remember the next day after the military training, the instructor taught us some life skills. I thought I was all too familiar with life skills, but I didn't listen carefully. As a result, a few days later, I even forgot how to fold the quilts. Fortunately, my bedfellows taught me again. This made me learn the truth of 'knowing the old and knowing the new'.
In Pinghu, we all work in groups ,butone person, one team.Just like the Lone Ranger, we have no communication and interaction with our classmates. Here, our head teacher , teacher Shi urges us to have group activities. Team work is needed to help each other and grow together, both in class and in off-class activities. Gradually, I learned to communicate. In class, the teacher often assigned group communication tasks, we often four-person group, heated discussion. After class, we have difficulties to ask the teacher, if there is a problem but still can not think of, we will ask the students. Shanghai Maple Leaf Junior Middle School Chinese course is the biggest feature of pre-class speech, I enjoy the process of preparing speeches, both to train us to accumulate knowledge, but also to exercise our courage.
