To be honest, they will probably in more urgent need for IT personnel, given the fact that Block chain and online trading have become so popular and momentous these days. In terms of college majors and future career options, AI(Artificial Intelligence) has been among the hottest topics. Other fieldsworthy great consideration are operating systems, database management systems, Big Data, and algorithms.
