That Day Our Community Couldn't Be Contained 那一天，我們的社區“玩瘋了”

The spirit of SAS was out in full force last weekend with our Pudong campus PTSA Carnival! Planned, organized, staffed, and executed entirely by volunteers, this event is led by a team of parents who are committed to designing a day of laughter, play, and friendship for adults and children alike.

上海美國學校浦東校區于上周末舉辦了PTSA嘉年華，學校精神在這次活動上得到了充分的體現！此次嘉年華完全由志愿者負責策劃、組織、集結人員并執行，家長們積極參與，共同為大人和孩子們傾力打造了一段充滿歡笑、樂趣和友愛的美好時光。

What was Carnival like this year? Over 70 vendors and 20 food stalls. 200 volunteers. Kids dunking their principals in the dunk tank, an annual faculty joust-off, welcoming extended families and new members of our community, plus a flour pit and bubble soccer. Just for starters.

今年的嘉年華都有哪些精彩內容？70多個商品攤位，20多個小吃攤以及200名志愿者。孩子們將他們的校長投進了水箱里，一年一度的教師比拼也如期舉行，此外還舉辦了新家庭和新成員的歡迎會、面粉陷阱和泡泡足球等項目。而這些，僅僅只是精彩的開始。

As our Pudong campus celebrates another year of impressive college acceptances and remarkable achievements and growth in all fields of student passion, days like Carnival remind us that we are also a community that knows how to come together, celebrate, and love each other well. Within a seemingly endless amount of games and fun to be had, this day is always such a celebration of the families we are so proud to call our own, and the joy we all find in doing life together. With hearts full of Pudong Love, we extend our huge gratitude to everyone involved, for all the ways you make this community so remarkable.

當我們的浦東校區又開始慶祝學生們傲人的大學錄取成績、非凡的成就以及在各領域的發展時，嘉年華這樣的日子總讓我們明白這是一個充滿凝聚力、樂于分享和相親相愛的社區。在這個特殊的日子里，你可以體驗豐富多彩的游戲和無窮無盡的樂趣，也可以自豪地慶祝大家所取得的成績，還可以一起樂享生活，發現快樂。懷著對浦東的熱愛，我們對所有的參與人員表達最深的謝意，因為有你們，這個社區才能變得如此卓越不凡。
