The first chart below shows the value of goods that Australia imported from China and those exported to China from Australia. The second chart shows the types of goods imported from China. The import from and export to China both experienced growing trends and at approximately the same speed. To be specific, the goods imported from China valued $20 billion in 1998 and this figure doubled after 6 years. Meanwhile, the number for the exported goods tripled from $10 billion to $30 billion.

As for the types of goods imported from China, Australia shifted its priority from computers and furniture to toys/sports equipment and telecommunication equipment. In 2003, import computers and furniture each cost $5 billion. $4 billion was spent on clothes. Telecommunication equipment and toys/sports equipment consumed only $3 and $2 billion respectively.

In 2004, except clothes which stayed the same in import value, all the five commodities demonstrated a rising tendency but at different paces. The most obvious growth can be seen in telecommunication equipment and toys/sports equipment, which roared by multifold to $8 and $7 billion separately.

Overall, there remained a trade deficit of $10 billion with China in Australia from 1998 to 2004. The major imported commodities were telecommunication equipment and toys/ sports equipment in 2004.

Coming with the modernization in major metropolises around the world, the life for young generation has been attached huge importance by the public, since the difficulty of how to balance life and work is increasingly significant.

It is common to see that the time of keeping the light on is extended in many business skyscrapers, and the overtime work has become the routine of young people’s night life replacing hanging out with friends or lying on the couch to enjoy personal life. However, when considering the enormous amount of work, they have to sacrifice free time and give up the rest to guarantee that all things can be done on time, due to the huge pressure of earning money to support their life and the desire of promotion in the career, which are essential for pursuing a better life and showing the determination of providing individual value. Gradually, whether the ambitions can be achieved or not, the side effect that the health for such generation is affected negatively along the ignorance of relaxation would not be covered during their aging.

Figuring out the solution of the dilemma mentioned above cannot wait anymore. Initially, the attitude towards what should be the top concern in the life needs to be switched, which means that workers must understand that fame and wealth are not the only evidence to prove oneself, while the inner happiness and satisfaction from the maintenance of the interpersonal relationships can be more meaningful. In terms of health condition, spending regular time on outdoor exercise and body check would be effective approach to monitor and prevent any serious diseases; besides the policy of holiday in the company should be implemented strictly under the supervision of authorities, which can supply the opportunity to ensure that employees have enough leisure time.

In conclusion, there are many problems in front of the balanced life and work, but what can be done relies on the cooperation among different group, which is worth the endeavor from the whole society.

這個題目和 a park you like to visit 是有很大區別的- like to visit是想要拜訪的，而like visiting是形容一種習慣，所以是一個經常去的公園。因此，在這個題目中我們無法使用，或者盡量不要使用Universal Studio/ Disneyland 這種非常好說但是不是常去的theme parks， 而是去說everyday parks,比如New York 的central park,再比如昆明的The Green Lake Park （翠湖）。在確立了這一思路之后，我們可以考慮下這個題目如何展開：what the park is like 和 why you like visiting it 是我們重點展開的兩個bullet points. 在描述what the park is like 的時候，大家切記不要去描述風景，因為風景非常的難描述，而且不容易擴展。我們其實可以去談談這個park 有哪些section, 在這些section中大家都在做什么。在why you like visiting it這個bullet point 中，我們其實不是去談why,而是去談what I do in the park and whether or not I enjoy doing it.

OK, so, in this city, the park that I enjoying visiting is the Green Lake Park in downtown. It’s a little bit like the central park in New York, but it’s much smaller. As suggested by its name, the park has a huge lake, in which people usually go boating.

The park has several sections, hum….there is the dancing square that seniors like visiting cause square dancing is very popular among elders in China. Also, foreigners like to visit the square cause they wanna experience a different culture, you know, like taking photos and talking to the old people, which is, I guess, fun for them. There is also a recreation section, where you can find mini roller coasters and merry-go-around for children. You know, before we had theme parks, a lot of parents in the city like taking their kids there.

OK, what else? Right! So the park is also a natural habitat for seagulls migrating from the north. Kunming is part of the end of their journey, so you get to see and feed seagulls in the winter.

As for why I like visiting the park, hmmm, like I said, the park is like the equivalent of central park in New York, so I like jogging in the park in the morning, which is usually when I visit, and I also like taking a walk in the park after dinner, just to relax. I sometimes take my girl friend there, just to enjoy the view, it’s considered as a romantic move in this town, and she enjoys that. So whatever works right?
