協(xié)和第十六屆英語節(jié)圓滿落幕，開啟逐夢新旅程 | Word Fun, World Fun!

走過先聲奪人的先鋒班英語節(jié)，我們也迎來了屬于精英班的繽紛旅程。這兩周里，孩子們玩轉單詞拼讀比賽，嗨翻奇思妙想配音秀，還邀請爸爸媽媽共同分享英語閱讀后的學習成果。幕后我們的潛心沉淀，換來了臺上的神采飛揚，每個人都爆發(fā)出屬于自己的英語小宇宙。

During last two weeks, SUIS students continued enjoying the 16th English Festival through Spelling Bee, Dubbing Show and Book Fair in Local Curriculum. Everyone fully involved in these fun activities andour G4students also shared the reading achievements with their parents.

跟著特邀嘉賓深入英語文化，了解感恩節(jié)的由來

語言是文化的基石，在熱鬧的英語節(jié)舞臺上，嘉賓講師、故事大王輪番帶領同學了解英語文化，感知繪本世界。在他們惟妙惟肖的演繹之中，同學們探索到了英語學習有滋有味的另一面。

For the English culture inquiring, we invited special guests to give speeches and tell us stories. These amazing activities made our students learn more about the English world.

繪本里的世界真奇妙，故事大王帶我們瞧一瞧

愛“聽”更樂于“說”，同學們登臺變身為熒幕中的經典形象，用原汁原味的口語過一把“配音癮”。我們還邀請了來自龍柏一小的小伙伴到場觀摩助陣，共同感受動畫世界里的英語激情。

In the Dubbing Show, studentsperformed as their favouritecartoon characters todub the conversations in fluent English speaking. We also invited the students from Longbai Primary School to share our outstanding shows.

Spelling Bee

Yes we can be！

一群勤勞的小蜜蜂，在魅力非凡的拼詞世界認真汲取養(yǎng)分，努力學單詞、練發(fā)音、拼速度，將自己打磨成百戰(zhàn)不殆的“拼詞小達人”，小腦袋瓜中的單詞如數(shù)家珍，最終在舞臺上大放異彩。

Spelling Bee was the most popular contest in our English Festival. SUIS students carefully prepared for these fierce competitions and showed their great confidence with rich Englishvocabulary.

Fantastic Book Fair！

連爸爸媽媽們也無法想象，他們會在孩子的奇趣書展上遇見什么？這是一個屬于閱讀與實踐的跨學科小世界，孩子們用落落大方的英語表達他們閱讀后的所思所悟，并通過多種形式的小組探究和互動，發(fā)掘了英語學習的魅力所在。

Even the parentscouldn't imagine what they would see at their children's Book Fair. It included a variety of activities such as English reading, poster designing, props making, group discussing andspeechmaking. Studentsgotthechancesto express their thoughts and understandingsfreely in English.
