1、有的考古學家認為，農業最早出現在古代西亞地區。他們在當地遺址發現了谷物、建筑物等，科學家認為這些遺跡證明當時已經在慢慢向農業發展了。；

A city government wants to improve the education in local high schools (students aged 14-18). The government now has two plans for the teachers training program：

Plan 1. to choose a small group of excellent teachers and let them attend an additional training led by an expert to learn how to teach effectively. Later, these teachers will come back to their schools to train other teachers.

Plan 2. to provide an online training and materials to all teachers and let them use online materials to study individually.
