This weekend the CFL season came to an end with the final in Nantong. Unfortunately, not all qualified fencers where able to attend because of other school events. The Dulwich delegation picked up a fantastic bronze and silver medal. Sophia was first stopped in the semifinal of the U10 girls event. Coach Taras managed to make it to the final of the adult event (without intensive training), missing the gold by a few points. One Dulwich fencer made it into the top 32, and two others finished in the top 64. The U12 boys competed in the team event and showed very good team effort. They competed against a very experienced and strong opponents and unfortunately did not make it past the first round.Dulwich Fencing is very proud of all fencers who made it to the special name board of the China Fencing League.

本周，CFL賽季拉上了帷幕，最終決賽在南通打響。但遺憾的是，由于賽事與其他學校活動（包括冬季集市）出現了日程沖突，我校部分具備參賽資格的選手無法參賽。不過德威代表隊還是帶回了一銀一銅的出色戰績。Sophia首次止步于U10女子組項目半決賽。在未參加密集訓練的情況下，Taras教練奮力躋身成人組決賽，最終僅以數分之差痛失金牌。一名德威擊劍手成功殺入32強，另有兩名選手最終排名位列前64位。U12男子組的選手們參與了團隊比賽，體現出絕佳的團隊精神。他們的對手是一支經驗豐富、實力強勁的隊伍，最終遺憾在首輪告負。

德威擊劍隊為所有在此次中國擊劍聯盟賽事中取得名次的擊劍手們感到無比自豪。
