12月24日平安夜，融合部小學上演了2018年新年戲劇——《綠毛怪格林奇》。
On Christmas Eve, Monday 24th December, the Primary Department presented the 2018 Christmas Play: 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas!'

我們從各個年級挑選了優秀的小演員們，在表演過程中，“演員”們以熟練的臺詞、豐富的表情、富有創意的動作，為觀眾們奉獻了三場精彩的演出。
Student Actors from all grades took part, performing three shows entirely in English.
新年戲劇講述了刻薄的綠毛怪格林奇，為了破壞新年的歡樂氣氛，策劃偷走整個節日，但漸漸地，他被一個純真的小女孩所感化。
The story is about a mean spirited Grinch who only understands the meaning of Christmas after receiving kindness from a small child.
最后，新年戲劇的真正意義，也隨之揭示開來：無關禮物、無關金錢、甚至無關形式，而是一個與家人歡聚一堂，分享喜悅的節日，也是一個奉獻給予的節日。
It has a message which helps us all to realise that the festive season is all about spending time with family, and giving and sharing.

我們的家長合唱團——天空合唱團首次驚艷亮相，為大家帶來一首傳統新年頌歌《平安夜》，以此拉開了戲劇的帷幕，歡快優美的歌聲傳遞出慶祝節日的喜悅心情；愛樂樂團表演了一曲爵士歌，動感十足，觀眾們仿佛置身于童話故事中。
Before the play, the parent choir sang 'Silent Night', a traditional carol and the student band played a jazzy Christmas tune.
唱詩班為我們帶來了經典歌曲，把美好的祝愿送給每一個人。兩組舞蹈團表演了精彩的原創舞蹈，舞姿靈動輕盈，舞出了喜悅與歡快。
Choir club gave an excellent rendition of 'We Wish You a Merry Christmas' and two different groups of dancers (dressed as Santa Claus and Elves) performed original dance ensembles.

戲劇的最后一場演出邀請了家長們和融小的師生們，他們用笑聲和掌聲享受著我們融小孩子們在舞臺上的每一個精彩瞬間!
The final showing of the play was to parents and teachers, who laughed, applauded and enjoyed every moment of our primary school spectactular!
創意滿滿
本次戲劇的成功，離不開各個方面的支持與配合，各個班級的學生都參與了舞臺布景和服裝設計的環節，為本劇增亮添彩。融小的各個社團還負責籌辦了攤位上有各種好吃好玩的集市，別提多熱鬧了。
A Christmas play needs a lot of support . Students from various classes have been involved in set and costume design, creating a Christmas market place full of snacks and goodies.
