序章Prologue
無際的黑暗、觸摸不到的世界,
需要可依賴的燈塔。
無邊的摸索、力不從心的動作,
也需要可扶持的手臂。
Endless darkness,
Lack of awareness,

powerless motion,
also need others' support.
2019年4月21日, 在這個暖意融融、陽光鋪灑的?子?,上海藍睛靈體育志愿服務中?聯合家委會代表們與尚德融合部中學及美加的同學們,攜手參與了“做你的眼睛” Be Your Eyes 視障系列陪跑活動。In April 21, 2019, SSES students from integrated department, some representatives of the family committee and the Shanghai Lanjingling Sports Volunteer Service Center participated in the "Be Your Eyes" be Your Eyes Visually impaired series.

“如果明天班級里會轉來一位有視力障礙的學生,我們需要如何給予他適當的協助?如何與他平等地交流呢?”雪慧老師的提問拋給了我們一個從未有所的思考。As a representative of the Lanjingling Spirit, Teacher Hu Xuehui briefed the students on the "be your eyes" accompanying running activities. And they gave them a thought: If there is a visually impaired student in the class tomorrow, how do we need to give him appropriate assistance? How to communicate with him on an equal basis?

一起歌唱《朋友》
帶著這些思考,本次活動正式開始了。熟悉的旋律打消了同學們的顧慮,大家心連心,用溫暖唱起了周華健的《朋友》。伴隨著“朋友一生一起走……”的歌詞,視障老師慢慢靠近同學們,手拉手一起放聲歌唱。With these thoughts, the event officially began. All the students gathered in a big circle and sang "Friends" together. At the beginning, the partners of Blue Eyes spirit sang with the classmates outside the circle. Then, the blue-eyed spirits went to the middle of the circle and sang together with the students. As the music and the lyrics of "friends go together..." gradually the ground broke the circle of students and the blue-eyed spirit. Everyone splits into several small circles and sang together hand in hand.
活動時間Activity
同學們戴上了眼罩,在視障老師的指導下正式開啟了體驗活動。The students are divided into three groups to learn how to help the blind correctly in daily life.

過紅綠燈體驗
兩位相互信任的小伙伴,相互攙扶,模擬過馬路,兩只手緊緊地握在一起,小心翼翼地向前走。紅燈停,綠燈行,視障老師們設置的種種障礙都被相互的信任一一化解。We simulated crossing the road, helping the visually impaired to pass safely.

讓座體驗
模擬地鐵讓座體驗讓同學們更能貼切地體會如何正確地幫助視障人群。他們需要的是指引的燈,安心的手,這一項體驗讓同學們更加細膩地去對待每一次對視障人群的幫助。The experience of offering the seat makes it easier for students to correctly understand how to help the visually impaired. What they need is the light of guidance, the hand of peace of mind, this experience makes the students more delicate to treat every help to the visually impaired.

過窄道體驗
模擬視障的同學在黑暗中牽著帶領者的手,帶領者輕聲細語地說著“小心,有樓梯。往上三格,往左一些,來,向左轉。放心吧,跟著我走,沒事的。”這條窄道很“漫長”,也許平時很熟悉,同學們常常在上面追逐嬉戲,幾步就可以走完。但是現在兩人都小心翼翼,一步一步,宛若在牽著蹣跚學步的孩子一般小步、細心。a group of two, helping visually impaired people on the narrow road and going up and down the stairs.

陪跑體驗
黑暗中奔跑體驗——兩人一組,手與手共同牽著一根藍色的陪跑繩,從走到慢跑,都是一場屬于信任的游戲。簡單的陪跑繩溝通著兩人的心,默契,信任與勇氣。每一位同學都順利地跑完了全程。Run in the dark, a group of two, one wearing a blindfold, the other to accompany the running rope, running together in the designed road, and then the role swap, experience the experience of running.

在我的想象中,他們就如永遠無法扎根的旅人,走訪只在夢中到過的城市。彷徨街頭,小心翼翼地試探著時間和空間,一點點測定自己的心之所向。“姑且就朝著在寒夜天空中的那些星星的方向走去吧。”
他們最終重新振作心情,沖入了人群,也信任了人群。

After taking part in this meaning activity.I experienced that how difficult and how inconvenient the disabled people live.Therefore,it’s my duty to cherish the brightness in my eyes and this fantastic world.We need to be caring in our daily life,in order to pay attention to the group and try to help them.Our love and attention can be transformed into hope,them keep going.

在接觸這次活動之前,我對于視障者是沒有了解的,但這次活動我覺得視障者的生活沒有那么簡單。當我戴上眼罩之后就感覺身處危險之中,然而想象到視障者每天都要面對黑暗,是多么堅強。藍睛靈這個組織幫助許多視障者能在運動中體會到快樂,并且讓我們了解到了如何用正確的方法幫助視障者。

It was my honor to be the host of “Be your eyes” was a meaningful public benefit activities.Everybody want to be kind .It’s important for us to know how to help the people who need help.“Be your eyes” invited trainers to teach us how to help visually impaired people in the right way.What’s more,we can also build empathy in our minds through this activity instead of sympathy. This is what we should also pay attention to when we communicate with others in our daily life.

融合部副校長王雪松女士說:希望同學們通過這次活動,在生活中能關注到身邊所有需要幫助的人,人人參與無障礙,那么,無障礙將有利于所有人更好地生活。Principle Wang said, “I hope that our students through this activity, in life can pay attention to all the people in need of help, everyone involved in the barrier-free, then, barrier-free will help all people better life.”

本次活動傳遞的是永不放棄的生活態度,感動著、動容著,溫暖相互傳遞于每個人的心靈。老師們,同學們,家長們聚集此地,因為這種溫暖,視障者也不再孤單,一群有愛心的人們在關注他們、支持他們、幫助他們,一定能實現“運動無障礙,讓視力障礙者參與運動變得簡單,讓每個人都能享受運動帶來的快樂”的藍睛靈理念。What this activity conveys is the life attitude that never gives up, touching, moving and warm to each other's heart. Teachers, students, and parents gathered here, because this kind of warm, visually impaired are no longer lonely, a group of caring people are paying attention to them, support them, help them, will be able to achieve "sport accessible, let eyesight disabilities participate in simple, let everybody can enjoy the pleasure of sports bring" of the spirit.
