加拿大本科申請面試技巧

加拿大名校本科的申請，尤其是商學院和工程學院的申請，要求申請者提供成績單等基礎材料外，會要求申請者參加面試來全面展現自己。學校通過申請文件、語言類考試成績、以及面試這幾項來綜合判斷學生的真實情況，選拔適合的學生。我們一起來看看近兩年加拿大熱門院校的面試方式以及常見的面試考查點吧！

面試方式

目前幾所知名院校要求的面試方式均為Video Interview，即以現場錄制視頻的形式上傳到申請系統中。

面試過程中通常會出現兩種題型，一種是Speaking的形式回答問題，另一種是Writing的形式回答問題，兩種均要求在規定的時間內完成，而且寫作題目會有字數要求。比如，多倫多大學的工程專業和商科專業，英屬哥倫比亞大學的商科專業，麥克馬斯特大學的工程專業、滑鐵盧大學的工程專業、約克大學的商科專業等。

面試考查點

01專業興趣&學校的選擇

興趣因人而異，申請者可以從不同的角度去闡述，比如家庭的熏陶、童年的經歷、教育經歷、某一特殊事件、偶像或榜樣等。除了表達清楚為什么感興趣以外，也要簡要陳述自己如何堅持或為此付出了哪些努力、以及未來的學習計劃、職業規劃等。

而且很多題目會同時問起專業興趣和學校的選擇，此時建議學生首先對學校的地理位置、歷史文化等基本信息有一定的了解，重點熟悉該學校的目標專業，可以從課程設置、專業方向、有無帶新實習、就業情況、獎學金等方面收集信息。也要十分清楚自己想從該學?；蛟搶I學到哪些知識和技能，并結合未來的學習和職業規劃表達自己希望被錄取的想法。

02你能給我們學校帶來什么？

學校想通過這個問題看到學生的多樣性，以及學生如何給校園帶來活力、豐富校園文化。建議學生從自己的興趣愛好著手，以及自己課外能參加的一些活動，來思考自己的角色如何參與、幫助或影響身邊的學生群體，為學校的多樣性做出貢獻。

這個考點常見的問題有：

03個人品質或能力

通過這一類的問題，學生可以用具體的事例展現自己的性格、人際關系、創造力、領導力等，以及陳述為什么適合學習商科/工程專業。值得注意的是：一定要用自己親身經歷的事情來證明自己的能力，而且要講的具體。

比如，“我喜歡畫畫，我的畫很有創造力”或者“我在全國數學建模大賽得了一等獎”諸如此類的回答無法具體地展現自己的創造力，而如果能闡述自己是如何創作繪畫作品，以及如何獲得建模大賽一等獎，會更加受到招生官的青睞。

04課外活動經歷

課外活動的題目考查的范圍比較廣泛，包括：興趣愛好、過往成就或失敗的經歷、團隊合作經歷、領導經歷、人際關系、危機事件的應變和處理能力、如何處理壓力、邏輯能力、演講能力、逆境中如何獲得成長、以及道德選擇等方面。

可以根據題目要求選擇自己成功或失敗的案例，邏輯清晰的陳述事例本身，重點陳述自己是如何做的，以及通過該事例自己獲得了哪些成長或總結了哪些經驗教訓等。

05觀點類題目

這一類型的題目沒有對與錯之分，思路清晰、有理有據地闡述自己的觀點即可。但是這類問題可以從側面反映學生的人生觀、價值觀等，因而建議表達的內容要積極正面。

06情景處理

此類型的題目是將學生放入假設的情景中，考查學生處理問題的態度、方法和能力，因此建議學生認真思考并組織語言，明確自己的做法或觀點，并能具體闡述這樣做的原因。

這個考點常見的問題有
