One long-distance flight consumes fuel which a car uses in several years’ time, but they cause the same amount of pollution. So some people think that we should discourage non-essential flights, such as tourist travel, rather than to limit the use of cars. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

提示：這道題目是經(jīng)典老題，多次在雅思考試中出現(xiàn)。題目中的理由有明顯的邏輯漏洞，因?yàn)轱w機(jī)承載的乘客數(shù)量和行駛的距離要遠(yuǎn)大于汽車(chē)，因此先駁斥理由，再講飛機(jī)被禁止的后果（旅游業(yè)，物流業(yè)將會(huì)遭到重創(chuàng)）就可以了。

06 食品安全

母題：

Some people support the developments in agriculture such as factory farming andcreations of new types of fruits and vegetables, while others oppose this view. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

提示：工廠化農(nóng)業(yè)factory farming提高了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量，但也禍害無(wú)窮。比如大規(guī)模噴灑化學(xué)肥料chemical fertiliser和農(nóng)藥pesticide，集中式養(yǎng)殖battery farming會(huì)侵害動(dòng)物權(quán)利，也使得肉類(lèi)安全受到威脅。轉(zhuǎn)基因食品genetically modified food雖然改善了食物的品質(zhì)和產(chǎn)量，但是破壞生態(tài)平衡，對(duì)人體健康構(gòu)成潛在的威脅。
