2020年AP世界歷史的考試時(shí)間將集中在1450年后的時(shí)間,也就是現(xiàn)在AP世界歷史大綱的4-6個(gè)階段。其前面的1-3個(gè)階段(1450年前的內(nèi)容)將在2020年的考試大綱中去掉。有些1-3個(gè)階段的后面內(nèi)容銜接的部分也會(huì)在后面的時(shí)期有關(guān)聯(lián)的地方,也會(huì)在4-6個(gè)階段中被涉及到。比如宗教,如果沒(méi)有很好的理解之前的宗教,后面的內(nèi)容就很難理解。因?yàn)槲鞣轿幕暮诵木褪亲诮蹋易诮倘绻麤](méi)有了解起源,后面的內(nèi)容理解起來(lái)非常困難。由于去掉了3個(gè)階段,在主題方面也可能會(huì)有所修改。但目前還沒(méi)有公布。
考試方式和AP美國(guó)歷史、AP歐洲歷史的題型和評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是一致的。從AP美國(guó)歷史改革的幾年來(lái)看,考試側(cè)重提高了使用歷史分析政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)文化方面的內(nèi)容。而不是要求學(xué)生死記歷史事實(shí)。AP世界歷史的改革也是出于這種考慮,減少時(shí)間內(nèi)容,而是要增加對(duì)歷史問(wèn)題的分析。由于CB推出了Pre-AP World history and geography, 前3個(gè)階段可以讓學(xué)生在Pre-AP階段完成。我一直認(rèn)為歷史不應(yīng)該是一年的課程,尤其是高中生在社會(huì)閱歷、分析能力、英語(yǔ)水平方面都有差距的情況下,很難用一年時(shí)間完成好歷史學(xué)習(xí)。

In response to valuable feedback from AP teachers, we’re making changes to AP World History in 2019-20 that better align it with the scope of content that most colleges and universities cover in a single course.
These changes will help give students more time during the school year to develop understanding through sustained focus on key concepts and practice of essential skills.
Beginning in the 2019-20 school year:
The current AP World History course and exam cover 10,000 years of history across all seven continents. No other AP course requires such an expanse of content to be covered over a single school year. AP World History teachers have told us over the years that the scope of content is simply too broad, and that they often need to sacrifice depth to cover it all in a single year.
Colleges and universities typically do not cover all of world history in a single course, but in two or more separate courses. Additionally, most colleges only provide one course credit for AP World History even though the current course covers the scope of two or more college semesters.
Early world history is crucial, and students need time to explore it in depth. Ideally, the 10,000 years of history covered in the current AP World History course should be taught over two school years.
To cover early world history at the right depth, schools might consider offering world history as two separate year-long courses:
While AP World History teachers can continue to include early world history in their AP course to fulfill local standards or personal preferences, the AP World History Exam starting in 2019-20 will assess content only from c. 1450 to the present (Periods 4-6).
In 2019, we will share an updated course and exam description (CED) for the 2019-20 school year, along with updated AP Summer Institutes and?brand-new support materials for teachers and students.
AP World History teachers will not be required to submit an updated syllabus through the AP Course Audit, but will simply confirm their awareness of these changes through a short attestation on the 2019-20 AP Course Audit form.
和現(xiàn)行AP美國(guó)歷史和歐洲歷史一樣,改革后的AP世界歷史將包括單選題、簡(jiǎn)答題、DBQ和長(zhǎng)essay。
第一部分: 單選55道55分鐘,占總分的40%,所有題目的都是給材料的選擇題。
第二部分:簡(jiǎn)單題4道50分鐘,占總分的20%。不需展開(kāi)論述。
第三部分:DBQ1道60分鐘,占總分的20%,需要使用6-7個(gè)材料論證match題目的觀點(diǎn)。
第四部分:長(zhǎng)Essay2選1,35分鐘,占總分的15%,詳細(xì)論證一個(gè)問(wèn)題。


Long Essay
不同于AP美國(guó)歷史考的比較細(xì)致,AP世界歷史時(shí)間跨度長(zhǎng),但是不追求細(xì)節(jié),因此在備考過(guò)程中注意時(shí)間、空間、主題三個(gè)要素。

五個(gè)主題分別是:
人類與環(huán)境的相互影響
文化的發(fā)展及其相互影響
政權(quán)的建立、擴(kuò)張和沖突
經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的建立、經(jīng)濟(jì)擴(kuò)張及其影響
社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型。
AP世界歷史要注意的內(nèi)容
1. 不同于AP美國(guó)歷史考的比較細(xì)致,AP世界歷史因?yàn)閲?guó)家很多更側(cè)重考察整體的東西。
2. 五個(gè)主題任然可以按照AP美國(guó)歷史那樣分成政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化與社會(huì)。把這個(gè)五個(gè)主題集合到世界發(fā)展的各個(gè)階段。
3. AP世界歷史的評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本上和AP美國(guó)歷史和AP歐洲歷史是一致的。
