FRC機器人比賽
FIRST Robotics Competition （FRC比賽）是由美國非盈利性機構FIRST主辦，面向所有中學生的一項工業(yè)級機器人學術活動。FRC成功地把運動的刺激性和科學技術的精確結合在一起。該項賽事已經(jīng)獲得全球100多所高校的認可。
First Robotics Competition, facing all the high school students, is an industrial-grade competition held by nonprofit organization FIRST.FRC successfully combinesthe excitements of sportswith the rigors of science and technology. It has been credited by hundreds of high school world-widely.
每年1月初，F(xiàn)IRST公布新主題；隨后是隊伍搭建機器人的時間；3月開始各地區(qū)域選拔賽；4月末，在美國圣路易斯舉行世錦賽。由于FRC比賽的賽制，場上的任意兩支隊伍均可能成為你這場比賽的盟友，而在下一場比賽中他們又或許成為你的對手。隊伍之間有激烈的對抗，更需要相互的合作、溝通與配合。這種競合的歷練，正是學生步入社會前所需要的鍛煉。因此參與FRC，學生不僅能夠體驗非常貼近現(xiàn)實生活的工程學，更是對自身的歷練。
FIRST releases the new topic of this year in January each year; thereafter, teams build their own robots in the following two months; regional selection competition starts in March; finally, world-championship is held in St. Louise, US.Due to the special rule system, any two teams on the field may become your allies in this game, and then they may become your opponent in the next game. There is a fierce confrontation between the teams, and more cooperation, communication and cooperation are required.Experience in participating the FRC is meaningful to all the participants. Therefore, through participating in the FRC,students can not only experience engineering that is very close to real life, but also their own self-challenges.

FRC Team 9118, The Cheetahs, 于2019年成立于上海市七寶德懷特高級中學。在FTC比賽中嶄露頭角后，我們懷著更深?地探索和發(fā)揚FIRST（For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology）及STEM精神Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics的心愿，決心在FRC賽事上展開新的旅程。我們將保持參加FIRST賽事的初心，通過?己切身的經(jīng)歷和經(jīng)驗，將FIRST精神和FRC比賽推廣給更多的?少年，讓他們有機會發(fā)掘?己的?限可能，并從中收獲受益終身財富。
FRC Team 9118 –The Cheetahs- is founded at Qibao Dwight High School in the year of 2019.After cutting a brilliant figure in the FTC competition, we start a new journey at the FIRSTin order to further explore and carry forwardthe spirit of FIRST (for Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).We will continue to participate in the FIRST events, andwe will promote the FIRST spirit and FRC competition to more teenagersthrough our own experience, giving them the opportunity to discover their infinite possibilities and life-long fortune.
在2018-2019賽季中，我們跟隨5515隊伍一起參與了了機器的設計和搭建，并前往夏威夷和休斯敦參加?比賽，從中我們不僅熟悉了比賽的流程，更吸取了寶貴的經(jīng)驗。目前，已有41名隊員加?入9118，我們將心懷希望地開始新賽季的各項工作。
In the 2018-2019 season, we participated in the design and construction of the robot along with the Team 5515. We also went to Hawaii and Houston for the competitions, from which we not only familiarized with the process of the games, but also gained valuable experience.Nowadays, 41 players have joined our team, and we will start the work of the new season with enthusiasm.

RCC 2019 杭州是我們第一次作為單獨的隊伍參加FRC比賽。在成為一支獨當一面的隊伍時，我們遇到了不少挑戰(zhàn)，但也學到了許多新知識。雖然我們有在交附交換學習的經(jīng)驗，但我們在大大小小的細節(jié)上都遇到了不少問題。憑著對隊員們之間的協(xié)作、對比賽的熱情與FIRST精神的支持下，我們成功地克服了這些問題并且獲得了自己Rookie Inspiration Award。
RCC 2019 Hangzhou is the first FRC we participated independently.As an independent team, we learned a lot of new thing, despite for facing difficulties that we did not expected.Though we have practiced and participated competitions with Team 5515, we have encountered many challenges.With cooperation between team members, enthusiasm towards the games and support of the spirit of FIRST, we have successfully overcome all the challenges we encountered and have won Rookie Inspiration Award.

這次RCC結束了，總的來說從這一次的比賽經(jīng)歷中學到了很多。無論是設計，機械結構，裝配和加工技術還是團隊協(xié)作，與評委的交流和臨場應變......最終我們獲得了Rookie Inspiration Award，希望明年的FRC比賽可以做的更好。

我進入了一個未知世界，打開了神奇世界的大門。我不常接觸機器人，在這次比賽中只做到了為隊友scouting的角色，我發(fā)現(xiàn)了機器人吸引人的地方，并且我在這個過程中收獲的快樂。我和幾個同學雖然很疲憊，但是想到自己的努力可以和給團體貢獻一份力量，一直堅持不懈。
Mechanician:Antonio
底盤左右中間一定要有橫欄，否則一撞機器就爆開了，而這個橫欄最好之前設計好，焊接好！這一次沒有先固定好中間的橫欄，導致一個輪子報廢（跑的時候一側凸出來和輪子摩擦磨壞了）......明年要先給新成員開課學習設計部分。
